Mark Maloney
Chief Executive and Managing Director
B. Business (Hons)
Mark is the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of The MAC. He has been a Director of the Group since its inception and is heavily involved in its development.
Previously, Mark was Chief Executive Officer of Tulla Group, the Maloney family's private holding company. There he was responsible for the Group’s businesses, which spanned a variety of industries including resources, transport, food, investment and property.
Mark also has 15 years experience in financial markets, having held senior management positions with J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs in London and Sydney.
Peter McCann
Chief Financial Officer
B Com (Accountancy) CA
Peter joined The MAC in January 2010 as Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the management of The MAC’s corporate services which cover finance, treasury, taxation, investment evaluation and risk management.
Prior to joining the company he was CFO of Royal Wolf Australasia, a company that grew rapidly under private equity ownership. Peter was extensively involved in the sale of the business to overseas interests.
Peter has more than 10 years commercial experience in senior finance roles in public and private companies including QANTAS Airways, Hazelton Airlines and Strathfield Group.
Andrew Maloney
Chief Development Officer
Andrew Maloney has been with the Group for more than 7 years and has accumulated extensive experience across a variety of senior management roles including development, project management, manufacturing and maintenance.
Andrew established the Development Division. Under his direction the Division has delivered a number of successful remote area accommodation developments.
Prior to joining The MAC, Andrew held numerous roles in both the development and construction industry. He holds a Bachelor of Building Construction Management (Hons) from the University of Technology Sydney.
Andrew sits as an alternate Director for the Company.
Chris Jury
Chief Operating Officer, East & South Divisions
Chris Jury is responsible for business development and the long-term growth of The MAC's client base. Chris joined The MAC in April 2006 as Chief Operating Officer of The MAC's Accommodation Division. In October 2009 he was promoted to Cheif Operating Officer, East & South Divsion.
Prior to joining The MAC, Chris spent 11 years working in the mining industry, specialising in human resources management. During his period with BHP Billiton Mitsubishi Coal Alliance (BMA Coal), he had direct responsibility for the company's accommodation requirements in the Bowen Basin.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and is CPA qualified.
Stephen Law
Company Secretary & General Counsel
Stephen Law is Company Secretary and General Counsel and has responsibility for all legal matters, regulatory compliance and contract management.
Stephen has 30 years’ experience as Corporate Counsel/Company Secretary specialising in corporate and administrative management of small and medium-sized publicly listed companies. He has been involved in capital raising, prospectus preparation, capital reconstructions and asset acquisitions/disposals.
Stephen is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and a Fellow of the Australian Insurance Institute.
Lesley Jolly
Executive General Manager, Human Resources
Lesley Jolly is responsible for the overall HR strategy of The MAC, covering areas such as recruitment, remuneration, organisational development and employment law.
Formerly of Swiss engineering group ABB, Executive Manager - Human Resources for ten years, Lesley has also worked in the transport, airline, banking and finance sectors.
Lesley holds a Bachelor of Economics (Social Science), a Masters of Labour Law from Sydney University and a Masters of Management from Macquarie University. She is FAHRI qualified.
Rachel Maloney
Executive General Manager, Marketing & Communications
Rachel Maloney is responsible for the marketing & communications of The MAC Group including branding, advertising, sponsorship, events, internal and external communications.
Rachel joined The MAC in February 2006 as Corporate Relations Manager and in April 2008 was promoted to General Manager, Marketing & Communications.
Rachel has 9 years experience in sales, marketing and management positions. She has previously worked in the education, recruitment and customer service industries.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Education from Macquarie University.
