Village Location Selection
Site selection and analysis forms the foundation of The MAC Villages’ success. Development specialists carry out in-depth evaluations of all contributing factors to choose the most suitable and sustainable site locations.
Property Acquisition
The MAC oversees all negotiations, land purchases and lease agreements for property acquisitions. The Development team liaise directly with councils to ensure site selection is suitable for Village development.
Village Design & Regulatory Approvals
Villages are designed with future growth and sustainability in mind. All site opportunities and constraints are identified, while incorporating the clients’ requirements into the design. The MAC works closely with local authorities to ensure all stakeholder needs are met, now and in the future.
Manufacturing
The MAC's building designs demonstrate quality, strength and ease of transportation. All buildings are manufactured at The MAC's start-of-the-art facility in Adelaide, which has the capacity to produce up to 5000 rooms per annum. The Manufacturing division strive for consistent quality without delay.
Village Construction
MAC Villages are built on solid infrastructure and planning. The MAC manages the complete construction process of their Villages. Typical construction includes installing accommodation cabins, permanent buildings, roads and car parks to power supply, fire services, and water and sewerage treatment plants.

The MAC’s on-site Village management team is dedicated to ensuring that their Villages provide guests with quality, comfortable and relaxed living. The MAC’s hospitality workforce is committed to delivering friendly and consistent service in housekeeping, catering and on-site maintenance.
